Dropped my Pmag one day and noticed it loosened the rod that holds it to 10rnds. Low and behold it can accept a few more rounds than normal. How can I remove the floor plate if it has been epoxied? (I knew I should have gone with the blocks instead of the rods but I didnt know any better back then..)

Drill it out and buy a new one. That would probably be the easiest route. -
Depending on the type of epoxy used (some don't bond well to PMAGs)
Try hitting the floor plate with a hammer. Or cut the floorplate off and buy a ranger one and start over.Comment

Hit the floorplate in multiple sections with a hammer or other object. Do both sides. PMAGs are tough so I wouldn't be too worried about breaking the mag or floorplate.
