    Out of State Purchase?

OK, Now say I am in Laughlin having a good time and go across to the Arizona side and find a Rifle that is Ca legal that I would like to have, Can I legally buy It? I know I can't buy a handgun but how about a rifle?

    Thanks for you opinions, Jim

I’ am interested in this one too.. But I think you need to be a resident of that state to purchase any firearms. Maybe they can transfer to your FFL?

you can legally purchase any firearm while out of state, but you can't take possession of it. It must be sent to a CA FFL to facilitate the transfer to you, to satisy both CA and federal law.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?
