Those are two really good looking rifles. I would love to buy a 510 DTC but would like to shoot one first...

Welcome to the club. Don't forget to join the FCSA if you haven't done so already. Also, there's still time to get in on the Lee DTC die group buy if you haven't ordered them yet.

Soooo SWEET! Congrats! That is a very nice rifle. Actually, all your rifles are very nice. Can't wait for a range report.

        Thanks for sharing.

There's no need to imagine. It's approximately 27 rounds per lb. Primers cost about 25-65 cents a piece too.

                ^^^
wiki says it takes LR primers.... but another site says proprietary... i'm guessing it's the latter at that price...
please clarify what type of primers it takes...
27 rounds/lb aint that bad... almost even reasonable considering the cartridge.

It's not always cost. It's also availability. I've only been shooting 50 for 5-6 years and I've already seen nation wide shortages of every 50 related component.

Look on a box of .22lr. It says that it is dangerous at 1 1/2 miles. To hit a car sized target at two miles away with any firearm, you would need special, custom made, equipment and to be one hell of a shot.

When you're ready to shoot or need some help with your new toy, come on out to Angeles Shooting Range on the 3rd Sunday of the month. That's when we (50 guys) meet up to BS and do some shooting.

Can't miss us, we're at the far end of the rifle range.
