What matters (and is hard to measure) is the length from the stop collar to the tip.
The best way to measure this is to use the bolt and just measure protrusion with the depth rod of the calipers.
Do this by zeroing the calipers on the bolt face and then adding the firing pin to measure the protrusion from the boltface.Randall Rausch

Tried my lower on another upper (worked), my upper on another lower (didnt work), Tried a 22lr conversion kit with my upper and lower (worked), different BCGs (didnt work). I have sent the upper back to GG&G, hopefully they can figure out what the deal with it is.Comment
