    Featured or featureless

Finishing up an AR-10 build on an Aero lower with an Eagle flat top Upper. The upper has a quad rail which is free floated. The barrel is non-threaded.

Just trying to decide if I should make this a featureless build or not worry about.

Not sure what my plan is for this rifle in the end which I know would help.

    Thoughts?

I'd say not to make it featureless for two reasons. Featureless on an AR-style rifle that is designed to be shot accurately possibly from prone or on a bench is gonna be kinda weird as far as ergonomics go. Also, do you foresee needing to dump 20 rounds into a target before taking 3 seconds to pop in a new mag?

...just my opinion, I'm sure others will chime in...

Bench shooting, high power or plinking = BB.
        Competition or training = Featureless.

Agreed, I run mine featureless most of the time because of three gun and I just like the ability to have removable mags. I throw a pistol grip on sometimes and just tighten up my raddlock. Easy switch and since I don't run any vertical grips or other evil features I do not have to remove anything. Easy!
