Larue Stealth vs Noveske N4 light

I am looking to get ones of these uppers and wanted to know which one is better. It seems like Noveske has the edge on barrel quality, it looks like it is made from better grade steel and has a thicker chrome lining. Is it just as accurate as the Stealth with the LW barrel? Also is Ion bonding better than phosphate? The Noveske is about $200 more than the Larue Steath not a big deal when your already that deep, however the Stealth does come with a sub moa guarantee. Please give me any opinions.

Thank you all for your time and help

I had a Larue 16" upper w/ 12" handguard. The rifles was insanely accurate, the problem was is that it was heavy as sin too, so I ended up swapping it out for a simpler setup.

LaRue uses a Stainless Steel barrel with a 1/8 Wylde twist, whereas the Noveske is a steel barrel w/ chrome lining and 1/7 twist.

You really can't go wrong with either, but if you are looking for a lighter "military" style upper, I would go with Noveske. If you plan on just sitting at a bench and shooting to impress, then go LaRue.
I think it can be confirmed that an alien xenomorph is absolutely no match for good ole' Alabama black snake!

    and

If you're in a survival movie and the hot blond twists her ankle and can't walk, you damn well figure a way to carry her. If it's a dude, you shake his hand and say "best of luck".

Two different uppers for two different purposes. Heavy duty abuse = N4 light. Shooting little tiny groups = Stealth. The Noveske stainless series is more of a directly comparable upper with the Stealth.

        ^^^^ What he said.

Keep in mind accuracy is affected by many factors including the sighting system you're using (irons, optics, magnified scope), your skill in using the sights/optics, your shooting skill in general, and the type of ammo you're using. For example if you're a skilled, experienced shooter using a good scope in a good mount and you're shooting match ammo, you may notice a difference. Short of that you probably won't.

Well I will not be using this upper for duty as I am just a normal everyday person. I will be shooting 100y, 200y, and some squirrels at 200 to 400 yards. Sounds like the Stealth upper might better suit my needs. Again I would like to thank everyone for there time and opinions.

I would suggest doing it right the first time and getting a Noveske Recon...

This is coming from one of the first guys to buy a larue upper.

Are the Noveske recon uppers as accurate as the Larue stealth uppers and are they made of better stainless steel?
