Ferret .50 BMG value

Brother in law in Nevada sent me an email asking about the value of a .50 BMG Ferret (used) on PWA lower. Package comes with leupold Vari X III 6.5-20x44, dies and hard case.

I know as it is assembled it is not legal in California.

What is the package value? Also, what is the value of the upper with scope and dies?

its muzzle brake is the old version and i see it is in the neighbor friendly position

would have to piece it out to get the value

but say
$250 for the complete lower
$2000 for the ferret
$300 for the reloading gear
$500 for the scope and rings
$100 for the case

this is not an offer it is my estimated best case scenario

I see over $700 in reloading stuff. Figure a barrel is good for at least 2000 rounds so, price will depend on round count. I'd value the lower around $2000 depending on barrel condition.
