That was the day the whole city turned over and the Coalition Provisional Headquarters were under siege. No support from the US Mil due to many problems elsewhere. Something like 8 contractors, some Salvadorian mil and a few misc US Mil against the city for a day.

National Geographic just did a special on contractors and one of the guys there was interviewed and discussed this incident.
