Yes, in my opinion having a fake 203 is retarded. Why add all that weight and horrible ergonomics just to gain looks, that is exactly something an airsofter would do. And why would the real 203 never get used? Most likely the situation in which one might procure the 203 would be a SHTF situation. Even if it wasn't a SHTF situation, and real 203's were legalized then why wouldn't someone be able to shoot it?

Do you to NEED shoot whatever firearms you have? Why is this any different? So far your statements have been incoherent, erroneous, and have had no basis for argument. Your just digging yourself deeper in to a pit of ignorance, trying to salvage whatever "internet dignity" you think you have. I suggest you stop before you go "full retard."

I know people who own 37mm flare launchers (M203 clone) & have them attached to their AR clones and they use them every chance they get.

Real 203's are legal. You just can't have the barrel without treading into NFA territory.

Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.
