To be on the "list", both the make and model needs to be on the list.

I don't know what, if any, OLLs you might have, but it isn't any different that owning something like a properly configured Bushmaster Carbon-15, Colt CAR-A3, DPMS A-15 (without panther markings), HK41, HK911, etc. If it isn't listed, then it can't be a listed AW.

i dont own any brands that have a model on the list. and im not going to buy any. i am happy enough just to be able to have an ar-15 derivative of any type, and dont have a desire to make my life difficult. sure, they may be legal, and i am not a professional lower receiver i.d. guru. neither is the guy that pulls me over on my way home from the range... sorry if my reservations seem silly to you, but they are mine, and i dont intend on changing that anytime soon...

please forgive my confusion, but like i said, i dont have all oll's memorized. i just like to shoot.

Not all models of Olympic Arms are banned by model, look closer people. If you want to be uber safe then don't get one, but there are off list models. Everybody has a choice to take whatever risk they want. The only Olympic Arms that I would be interested in is their Glock lower.
