    Egyptian AK 47 Rifle Okay?

I just want to confirm that I am correct.
If an AK is banned by name, example MAADI CO MISR (all)
Could this be legal for us to buy if these parts were built on
an Nodak Spud receiver? This would also be 922r compliant and
also made Cal compliant (removed pistol grip or mag lock).

This is the one I am interested in:

    Thank you in advance.

As long as the reciever is not banned via make/model, then it is good to go via fixed magazine or featureless route.

The receiver is the firearm and is what is considered when referring to the list.

Since it was on an nds receiver, it is off list

You are correct, install a bullet button and blocks the mag to 10 rounds, and you are good to go.
