Out of State transfer and DROS

Any one know of any vendor will to do an Out of State transfer (from Scottsdale Gun Club) to a shop in San Gabriel area.

I called gunrunners in Duarte and they charge a $75 fee and $25 DROS.

Is that fair or are their any vendors that can do better.
