haha. No I didn't actually. I just insured the crap out of it. I am now going to use those teflon envelopes too. I rarely and I mean rarely have any problems with shipping so I don't mind taking care of this. I am sorry you had to wait an extra 3 days for your 10/30's. Tell me what you think of those circle 25's.Magpul Gear Contact us for the best prices!

very cool!
was easy huh!
but you should see my wife's dining room table... no way was I going out in the garage and working on it in the cold
was caliber did you get?
this was 5.45x39, arsenal plum stock set, Tapco G2 trigger group, bulgarian gas tube and lower hand guard retainer
there wasn't one thing tough about it, everybody said the spotweld was a problem but I went right through it like nothing
I used a dewalt cordless drill and a dremel for the whole thingComment

Well I wasn't expecting the kit. My wife convinced me to let her get me the stuff for christmas , but she gave it to me early. There was no way I was going to wait for the next day to roll around so I could bring home the proper tools. But that being said it was very easy (after watching this about 100 times since I first decided on a saiga).
But all together it took me about 2.5 hours , with minimal cursing. Didn't have a dremel, just a drill , did use a bench grinder on one rivet after i got the trigger plate off.
Got the X39 (as you seen in my thread)
Spot weld was tougher than all of the other rivets, but no real problem....
now I just have to convince her to let me have all the other stuff I had planned on getting that she said would be "from santa"Comment
