NDS3 and Polish Tantal?

I have a extra NDS3 receiver but I don't want another Romanian.Could you build a Polish tantal AK with NDS3? If not then what receiver is the best to use for the Polish tantal?What other AK could I build with my NDS3?

Dunno... I do know that my Polish wz.1960 needed a milled receiver. Not sure about later variants.

You could build a Hungarian kit from the NDS 3, if you can find one. Copes has a preorder going for Hungarian underfolders, of course you would have to make the holes for the U/F mechanism yourself.

I have one Tantal kit built on an Armory USA receiver.

I went with their 1.6mm thick receiver, so Armory USA had to machine the front trunnion and the rear stock trunnion down slightly to fit the thicker receiver.

Also, the Tantal is in 5.45mm, so you need to check to see if your receiver will work with a 5.45mm ak rifle or if it was designed for a 7.62x39mm.

I have another Tantal kit I am going to build with James Maddux and he is getting me a DCI receiver for this project.
