I know it was probably a lot cheaper than $25 but I don't know if I would want a white plastic part that visibile on my nice black rifle. I like the ingenuity, though. Tell us how it works.

i didn't refine or finish the parts. i got them to work last night and left it at that. i haven't tried it out outside of the house.

i'm sure it'd be easier if it was done on a mill or at least a drill press. I made it out of plastic just because it was easy to work with. I might try it again with aluminum.
