Semi Retro Build on Delton 20" Heavy Barrel Upper

I'm thinking of doing a semi-retro build on a Delton 20" Upper Heavy Barrel. I say semi, because all I want to do is change out the hand guards and the grip. I'll be replacing the M4 stock with an A2 stock I already have. The upper already has A2 handguards which I'll swap out with the triangular A1 style..

Not too concerned with making it a true replica and finding a slabside lower so I'm using a Stag lower.

I need help sourcing the hand guards and grip as well as figuring out if there is anything else I need to consider, like dealing with the front sight and gas block.

If your changing the handguards to triangular you will need to remove the gas block and the muzzle device so you can switch out the handguard cap.

unless it already has the triangle fore end cap - as do most A2's (colt)

Most 20 inch uppers come with triangle end cap even when they have round handguards.
