Flash Suppressors Legal On Mini-14???

Hey Gang,

I have a quick question. I have seen several Mini-14s in the for sale section equipped with Choate flash suppressors. I thought flash suppressors casued a refle to be considered an AW. Am I missing something, are these allowed on the Mini's?

If it is a Mini-14 in stock condition, a flash suppressor would make it an AW yes. They would have to be removed, just like the CA M1As.
