How to Ship AR Lower out of State to buyers FFL?


1) Verify FFL status and adress

2) Send AR Lower with UPS or USPS


Is that all to keep our Cali laws happy. Also do I need to declare to carrier I'm mailing a firearm?

You do not need a copy of the FFL though most people prefer it. The copy is only required for liscenced dealers. You do need to ship it to a liscenced dealer though.

If you are shipping to a licensee, neither state or federal law require you to tell them what it is.
