I got a new Colt BCG (bolt carrier group) and the operation of the bolt back and forth is rather stiff. My other BCG's (one another Colt) have a smooth operaton. Also when inserting the bolt it gets to a point where I have to push really hard to get it in all the way. I am sure it will loosen up as the gas rings break in but I have not encounter this with any other BCG when it was new. I shot about 30 rounds with no problem but it deffenatly makes the action a lot less smooth/nice.
On a side note, i heard just having a COLT BCG is grounds for a DOJ raid
