    They are legal, if you doubt it read the FAQ on the home page.

    Irvington Arms in Fremont will transfer your lower no problem.

        You can also check out coldwarshooters.com and at the botom there's a link to "FFLs on file". Looks like there's one in Sunnyvale, Fremont, Martinez (if you're in the North Bay), Sac, Santa Clara, etc.

                No formal announcement but I was down there picking up 2 OLLs in late December and the old man there mentioned it. Sad to see - we lost a real ally there.
