Also covered on the AW Flowchart, http://www.calguns.net/caawid/flowchart.pdf
If it doesn't say any of the follow specific make and models, then it is ok.
Knights RAS (all)
Knights SR-15 (all)
Knights SR-25 (all)
So as an example, a hypothetical Knights KR-15 would be legal because it is not specifically listed.Jack
Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

No, it does not count for upper receivers. As long as the lower is not listed, no other parts on the gun are banned by make/model. Yes you an buy an upper marked SR-15. Just make sure the barrel is at least 16" per NFA.
So if you wanted the Knight gun you could buy an OLL (like Stag or something) and use the rest of the Knights parts. You may need to add a bullet button of course. You think you know, but you have no idea.
The information posted here is not legal advice. If you seek legal advice hire an attorney who is familiar with all the facts of your case.Comment

Right. I already have a SW MP15T. Bought it from LAN World. I know most of the stuff. But I got bit by the KAC junkie bug and was looking at their stuff. There is this limited edition Christmas cheer lower i found. But not anymore. Oh and I have a spikes stripped lower as well. Can't build that up until I buy a BB though. Thanks for your help.Comment
