    Need more info.

KISS build? If yes, it's a bit high from what you could do, but on par with retail.

Seems a bit high...but I don't know all the specs. I have sold a few CMMG's for $950-$1,000 recently. Pre bama I was selling them for $800.

Everything about the rifle will affect price. It's like coming to us and asking, "Is $20,000 a good price for a Ford?"

Things like what type of stock, sights, grips, handguard, barrel... all of it can raise/lower the price.

Why don't you start by finding the rifle they're selling on CMMG's website, see how much it is there, and then going from there?

KISS = Keep It Super Simple, or Keep It Simple, Stupid, depending on who you ask.

Basically, it's a barebones, functional weapon. No frills, cheap, yet effective.

A Colt 6920 is a perfect (the) example of a KISS.

After shooting my decked out $2000 rifles, I am starting to prefer the KISS rifles, iron sights and all.

Why do you say that? Your new Noveske not everything you hoped it would be?

I'm guessing you're talking about a standard flat top carbine. If so that is a bit on the pricey side.
