DPMS .308 lower

I was wondering if this is an OLL? From what I saw on the Kasler list, the only DPMS listed is Panther (all).

This has been covered a few times. Because it says Panther, it is too close for comfort. Also, DOJ originally gave its blessing and then changed their mind. At this time the only AR-10 type offlist lower is HAR-25, Cobb and MGI, if they ever come out with the .308 magwell, which seems unlikely at this point.

The p.o.f. p-308 lowers should be out soon, they will use dpms mags and uppers or they will have their gas piston uppers.

I assume you are refering to a different lower, because although DOJ cannot add to the list anymore, the current list is not going to disappear.

Well, the difference is that thanks to Evans, one may be able to have banned Category 1/2 AWs with pinned magazines. That is not for the faint of heart or wallet. Check through Xeno's thread to see what I mean.
