I would like to buy a rifle from out of state but the seller won't sent anything to California.
Is there any way that I could get around this problem......

Find the rifle from a CA friendly seller, or find a middle-man FFL. A middle-man FFL is another dealer out of state that the seller is willing to ship to. It ships to them, then they ship it to you.
