Yeah I wonder about there product, Cause I have A Stag lower and A DPMS LPK. I was thinking about buying one or wait 6 months for stag to come through LOL...

DPMS is on the B list but that list is just for lowers correct?

right, the serialized receiver (the lower on an AR-pattern firearm) is the determining item. If the receiver isn't listed, then it is off list. Even though every other part were from a banned make/model like a Colt AR-15 or DPMS panther.

Yes
Pre-Ban just means it has evil things like Bayo lug and threaded barrel with a flash hider.
Perfectly legal to throw on your BB equiped OLL
Even legal to throw on your Featureless build if you remove the flash hider.

yeah, only the lower that bears "DPMS Panther" is illegal.
