So my upper finally arrived and I slapped it onto my lower and took a picture. It's nothing special, just a Stag 2T that I built part by part instead of buying the complete rifle. Anyway, it's done, and I'm about to leave for the range to go break in the barrel. Wish me luck!

Probably with a cartridge inside of the chamber followed by the pull of a trigger, thus releasing the tension of a hammer striking a firing pin, then hitting the primer, igniting the powder within the cartridge finally causing the bullet to expel out the end of the barrel.

I have that same rifle and I *LOVE* it. I put a Blackhawk 3-point sling on mine as well, helps steady it while firing.

Range report:

3-4 inch groups sitting at 25 yards, firing unsupported.

6-8 inch groups standing at 50 yards.

Yep, I need to practice more. No failures on the rifle's part though. It's a fine machine.
