New DPMS / Bushmaster

I saw that DPMS and Bushmaster are now offering CA complaint models.

DPMS seems to have rebranded to DA-15 and Bushmaster has CA Compliant models marked XM15-CA. DPMS lowers still seem to be branded Panther Arms.

Does this mean that I could buy a DPMS stripped lower in CA?

AFAIK, circa 2021...

JJE Capital Holdings (Palmetto State Armory) acquired DPMS Panther Arms during the Remington bankruptcy auction.
^As a result, DPMS was relocated to South Carolina.
~Markings on receiver shows manufactured in: MN = original DPMS / AL = Remington DPMS / SC = PSA DPMS

Franklin Armory acquired Bushmaster Firearms during the Remington bankruptcy auction.
^As a result, Bushmaster was relocated to Nevada.
~Markings on receiver shows manufactured in: ME = original Bushmaster / SC = Remington Bushmaster / NV = Franklin Armory Bushmaster
