Which Lower?

Im new here and have read different post obout various lowers for my first build. Im looking for a Armalite AR10 compatible lower. I was leaning toward a Noveske but don't know about availability. Any input on which lower and why would be greatly apreciated.

You have a few choices.
CMMG (milled billet construction)
Noveske N6 (made by Aero?)
Aero (makes the N6 and Armalite)
Hesse (Don't buy the Hesse)
