Anyone have these? They're slip-on "grips" for your AK magazines...turns it into another handhold:

They're inexpensive (cheap?). Thinking of picking a few up.

Looks like they could interfere with properly seating a magazine. Yes, I say mall ninja.

I vote mall ninja. But for most of us this a hobby we will most likely and hopefully never use our wepons in a combat roll. So if you like it get it.

Forward grip. Although, an 'ungripped' magazine works just the same, I suppose.

            I still likes 'em!

another of the great ak debates is the use of the mag as a grip. often brings a spirited discussion.

Yeah, I've read a few of those debates, Motorhead. Biggest point of contention was the possibility of torquing the mag enough to cause feeding problems, if not dropping the mag.

Either that's some serious grip you've got or you have terrible mag wobble if that's your worry.
The mags on my AKs are rock solid when locked into place. Good luck torquing one enough (or even wiggling it) to cause a misfeed or getting one to drop out by holding it when firing (sounds like a removable magazine to me if I can get it out without a tool ).
