    20in ar zero

    Debating doing an iron zero for 25 36 or 50.

    Irons and red dot. Eventually an lvpo

    What do y'all think

      What distance should you zero your carbine at? 25 yards, 50 yards, 100 yards, or some other distance? Determining the correct zero for you will require some thought as well as some range time.

          Depends on what distance you mostly would be shooting. Most people pick 25, 50, or 100 yards depending on that.

              Like stated depends on what distance you will be shooting mostly, I prefer 100 especially for a 20” AR.

                      20" barrel AR with Irons, 25M zero is the place to be! Puts you on and on at 300M and all the holds beyond 300M are built into the sight and with a 20" barrel shots out to 500+ are doable with solid fundamentals (provided your eyes can see).

                          Prolly gonna go with a 3x magnifier with the Romeo 5 I have on it so that sounds great lol

                          Problem is I only have 25yards to zero.

                              A couple of good targets for 25/300 meter zero and target shooting. I use them from time to time.

                                  It doesn't matter if you have a 25 yard range. Just zero it at that distance because you are not going to be shooting beyond that.
