LOL. I will be wearing running shoes unless someone wants to start a pool for getting me to wear CROCs at the match. $20 or a case of Newcastle should do it.

Most of the Richmond crew will be there, afaik.
Me and Chris L are heading down to SLO tonight.

You going, or are you slacking down in SoCal?
        With Oden on our side.

SuperSet is coming. He was going to give me a ride from my Morro Bay Motel 6, but I found someone in Morro Bay to give me a ride so he doesn't have to drive past the range. What a great guy!

It was a really good match. 34 shooters total. Taran won Tactical and Rob Melhorn won Open. These two also won the overall series

The stages were fun and well thought out.

If Taran gives the ok I'll post some videos of him tearing up the stages

Apparently, the Hello Kitty rifle was the absolute hit of the meet. I told a few girls at the public range about it, and they ran over to the Hogue range to see it.

Wes' 6.8 didn't fare very well. Refused to group at any range past 100yds.

I, however, took 5th place out of 17 shooters at our club Muzzleloader match. My cute little .32 held its own against all the mountain guns (I had to hit the center, they simply had to get close to break a line). We also had a husband/wife new shooter team, that brought their custom Blunderbuss's along...what a hoot! 200gr of powder, sending a dozen .50 balls downrange. EASILY rang the steel bear and buffalo
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself...A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague."......Cicero

Grats! Sounds like you guys had a ton of fun. I took the fam to the public range on Saturday and we all had fun too. Even got to try my hand at some clay pigeons and hit 2/2 on my first pass, I definitely want to do that again.

Would love to see the video!

I finally found the time to put a little video together. Now there is no denying it! I got 19 out of 26, but I was the only guy using a Bullet Button at all.

Taran Butler did those stages a little faster than me.
