Hi gents,

I plan to get some work done on my tigr (civilian version of svd) and get the barrel swapped for a 24" full length svd barrel. This outfit is out of state and I believe they are an FFL. What do I need to do to legally ship it to this ffl from kommiefornia to do this work?

There aren't many who make SVD barrels..

It's a custom order. Basically a one off.
