I use 75% buffer springs here with adjustable gas blocks or adjustable gas keys. Buffers are filled with tungsten powder, softer to shoot. 3 oz usually is used.

What brand tube/brace are you using?

I use the standard carbine tube (6position?) with sba3 or a stock and the geissele buffer spring and buffer and no cycling issues. Both suppressed and unsupressed. H3 and H2.

      Are you having reliability issues?

are you using a maxim pdw brace or something?

like the poster above, ive got a SBA3 that uses a standard carbine buffer tube and carbine spring/buffer. the sba4 also uses the same.

a few other SB tactical braces use a standard pistol tube that has no adjustments but i believe they still use regular springs and buffers.

It's the SB Tactical HBPDW brace that I'm referring to. I don't have any issues, haven't shot the thing yet, but I'm wondering if swapping the springs will cause reliability / safety issues.

The spring and buffer look completely different from the Geissele set so I'm not sure if it'll work, and I'd prefer not to waste ammo.
