Did you use a standard barrel or did you get a barrel with an ambi barrel extension?
The ambi extensions have the proper chamfer on BOTH sides of the locking lugs while standard barrel extensions only have the chamfer on the side reguired for a standard bolt carrier to lock into it.
Left hand bolt carriers rotate backwards so you want a chamfer on the other side of the locking lugs.
