Good central cal transfer dealer/ Saiga seler?

Hey all, Looking for a good FFL to transfer a Saiga from evilblackrifles.com in the Santa Barbara/ Ventura region. Any suggestions? What is the going rate for this kind of thing?

Also, does anyone know of a gunshop in the general area who stocks the Saiga 7.62x39?

Thanks! I gave them a call, but their closed mondays, do you know off hand what their general price range is for the 7.62x39 saiga?

Also, what is the going rate for out of state transfers? I want to see if my local FFLs charge a fair rate.
