riflegear.com has 10/30 mags for ak, so you just need to get a bullet guide. dinzagarms.com sells bullet guides.

Just so you are aware, there is an ongoing discussion about whether modifying a Saiga to accept AK magazines would constitute a 922R issue, even if you only use 10-round magazines. The law (as usual) is a bit murky on this and there are differing opinions. You might want to consider getting your parts count down, just to be safe, as it's not that difficult or expensive to do...

I'm doing a full AK conversion on my rifle so it won't be an issue for me, but I would be very cautious about doing any work on a Saiga without getting your parts count down. Just my $.02, I am more paranoid than most!

EDIT: Here's a link to the old thread where I posed this question.

My recommendation is to buy a Saiga x39 Surefire 30 round rebuild kit, modify it permanently to take only 10 rounds, and swap out your forearm with a US made one if you are still concerned about 922r. Saiga has 14 total counted parts, the US made Surefire mag has 3 of them and the forearm is 1, bringing your total down to the legal 10 limit.

I bought my Saiga x39 Surefire 30 round rebuild kit from Calguns user LAK Supply, ask him if he has anymore. http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/member.php?u=8771

Then you can be legal and look as cool as me!!! j/k But seriously, no bullet guide or full AK conversion needed if you don't want to go that route.
