I don't think the nub in that mount is for lockup, only indexing. Most Pic rail mounts have fore/back play until the clamp is set -
All pic rails have slight fore/aft clearance, when you install an optic push the optic mount forward and lock it down on the rail. That way it does not move in recoil.sigpic
