AK grip Plate, screw?

I picked up my AK today. It did not come with a pistol grip, and there is a square hole where I need to install my MM grip. What do I need? Also, it does have a threaded barrel and I want to get a muzzle brake for it. What brake and is there a crush washer like ARs?

You need the pistol grip block, grip and grip screw. The AK does not use a crush washer.
