    PSA AR10 trigger

hi, quick question that i was not able to find a good answer to.
i have a PSA AR10 and id like to replace the factory trigger. searching shows that the ar15/10 triggers are the same and even some retailers list them as such but others have specific triggers for each platform. so whats what?

    thank you

I've got a LaRue mbt in my ar10 and one in my ar15s. Most at triggers are compatible with ar10, unless the specific trigger says otherwise

I had an Armalite AR-10 that I replaced with an aftermarket milspec trigger and got light strikes on surplus ammo. I don't remember if it was spec'd for both AR-10 and AR-15. Put the stock trigger back, no problem. Put the aftermarket trigger on an AR-15 no problems. I would think the AR-10 triggers need to have stronger hammer springs. The Armalite AR-10 firing pin is not floating.

The PSA "AR10" uses the same trigger as AR15.

edit: They even list it that way.

thank you guys. i was thinking they might have different pin locations but then realized i could have measured my ar15 smh.

i know there are a lot of opinions on this but any recommendations on a 2 stage trigger? this is my first time doing a trigger upgrade and i'm not sure if i should get adjustable or non. for me really anything will be an upgrade from stock though.
also drop in vs something like the Geissele SSA-E?
i checked out the LaRue mbt, 2.5/2lb pull and $100 which is $100 cheaper than pretty much everything else. what gives?

The la rue is a great trigger. Used to be even cheaper at around $80 until late late year. Never shot a geissele so can't really compare. But the mbt is light years ahead of stock milspec.

Big fan of LaRue here too. The Gei$$ele stuff was on sale all over, about a week ago. You might look around. The big expense on the SSE line, I think, is that every single one is QA'd because it's approved by the military. They used to have a cheaper line that was the same trigger, but only spot QA'd.

This .... I use an ACT trigger on my PSA AR308. Same as the AR15.
I ordered 3 of them a few years ago for a few of my ARs
