Ok well i have a PMAG 10/30, C-prodcucts 10/10 and 10/30. When they are empty and the bolt is forward they seat and lock in just fine. But when they have more than say 6 or 7 rounds in them they have a hard time seating into the magwell with the bolt forward. I really have to slam them in. The Cproducts 10/30 wont lock in no matter how hard i slam it. Why does this happen with the bolt forward and rounds in the mags. With no rounds they slide in with zero effort. With the bolt back they slide in with zero effort. The PMAG seems to go in the easiest. Any light shed on this matter would be great.

Mag seating problem

Let me tell you something about those C products mags.... Load em up with rounds and the fit is a crap shoot. I had 2 10/20's that were fitting way too tight when loaded, and you could see that the upper portion of the mag bodies were just not the right shape. I bought Brownels 20 round mag bodies and transfered the internals of the C Products mags into the Brownels bodies. PROBLEM SOLVED. -
