Featureless Back to Fixed mag?

Hey everyone.
Currently my ars have been featureless for years. When the registration was on the table and breaking the action was the standard. I jumped ship to featureless. So i have been eyeing the maglock gen 4 with the kingpin. And its got me thinking hey i can get on bored with that for some features. But im so put of the loop do the fixed mag/ action break ar need to be registered? Cuz i know i cant register my featureless now. Ill just have to enjoy my RDB c then.

1) separate upper from lower
2) install fixed mag parts on the lower
3) install the features you want
3a) but 10 rd mags only
4) put everything back together, go to range

Notice there's nothing in there about registering or filling out any forms. All legal.

Fixed mag does not need to be registered as AW unless there are other features classifying it as such.

You can swap back and forth between featureless and mag locked all you want. Just make sure the gun is completely compliant either way before joining the upper with the lower.
