    1960's mossberg 320ka

just thought id show off the family heirloom that my grandpa bought new and when he passed it was given to my father, and given to me when my father passed. its a 1960's era mossberg 320ka .22 single shot. this is such a sweet little rifle and i love to shoot it. someday when i have a son of my own it will be his first. ive put about 250 rounds through it since ive owned it and every single one has fired :-) i plan to refinnish the stock and throw a cheap scope on it. cheers

[edit]: oops, sorry i just realized i posted this in centerfire section. possible to get a mod to move it?

That's a cool little rifle you got there. Personally I wouldn't touch the stock.

man imo u should not do any mods to the gun! cuss it has so much personal value to u id leave it behind a display case or better yet a safe! if i had a rifle that was passed down to me id cherish it. i wouldnt even want to put any bullets through it let alone do any mods.. just buy another gun if u want to shoot..

i thought about that, but then again i know its definately not what my grandpa would have liked. when he passed away he had aprox 40-50 rifles/shotguns/and a few handguns and every single one of them got used. if it gets to the point where it wont or just shouldnt be fired anymore then ill put it up for good.
oh btw picked up a cheapo scope yesterday, now this will be my first attempt to zero a scope. going out in about an hour to go shooting, well see how it goes.

mods can i get a move to the rimfire area of the forum?
