I saw an ad for a rifle that come out of the box a great shooter. it also comes with the scope. The cost was fairly low as well. I think it was a savage. I have a German Mauser (7mmx57) that Im thinking of selling to get a new deer/pig bolt rifle. Whats the going rate for a German MAuser?

Go cruise some of the Milsurp boards and gun broker to get some idea as to the value. If you want more information here, you have to give us more information about the gun. The markings, the model, whatever you have. And posting pictures helps too. There were literally millions of mausers made in Germany. Some are worth $80-100. Some are worth hundreds or thousands of dollars. We can't even give you a ballpark figure without knowing more.
