Bunch of Enterprise Arms FAL's in-stock in San Diego...

I was at Project 2000 killing time shooting my Glock 21 yesterday, and they had 5 FAL's on the display rack, $1149-$1249. Then, I found out the mags were perm attached and they required top-loading. The quality looked beautiful. They also has a MSTAR AUG for $2199. What does it take to make these FAL variants function like a AR w/bullet button?
