Featureless help

Hey guys, I’m wanting to make the switch from juggernaut to featureless. I’ve found this kit from Resurgence arms that comes with a stock lock, thread protector, and grip. Per California’s definition of an assault weapon: “a pistol grip protruding conspicuously below the action”. Is this grip CA legal? It still appears to be a pistol grip that is in fact below the action. Appreciate any insight.

The DOJ defines what a "conspicuously protruding pistol grip" is, so you don't have to wonder or make up your own definition.
Definition: A grip that allows for a pistol style grasp in which the web of the trigger hand (between the thumb and index finger) can be placed below the top of the exposed portion of the trigger while firing.”
The way ours and their grip works in CA is that it forces the web of your hand above the top of the exposed portion of the trigger. Hence, it can not meet the definition of a pistol grip conspicuously protruding.
The Miller v. Becerra case dealing with the unconstitutionality of the Assault Weapons Control Act in CA (AWCA) was just heard on Friday last week. We are all hopeful for a good ruling from Judge Benitez, but no one knows what to expect or if it will even result in something like a "freedom week" since this case and the laws are extremely different from the magazine capacity Duncan v. Becerra case. Keep your eyes and ears open! Follow and support pro-2A groups that make these wins possible.
Hope that helps!
