My new favorite rifle

I have been collecting since 1993, shot a mauser, garand, 1903, M1a, AR10 & Ar-15's. I bought several Swiss K-31 from Big 5 because they were cheap, but found ammo was hard to find, so they sat in the safe for several years. Now that reloading components are available, I decided to reload some ammo & take it to the range. Holy cow! this rifle can shoot better than I could imagine. Range was 100 yrds using 165 gr bt bullet 40 grains IMR4895. It is now my new favorite rifle.

It's a BSA 2-7X Pistol Scope.

It's an S& K Scope mount with a BSA 2-7X pistol scope, seems to be holding zero very well. In fact I bought another one to put on my M1 Garand with a CMP scope mount so I can see which rifle can shoot better.

The K31 is a very nice rifle. There is not much about them that can be improved as a battle rifle.
I always enjoy shooting one, and I wish I would have held on to mine I had a while back.
