There's the JMAC Customs RSA-SCAR 1913 rail adapter and the Vltor SCAR receiver extension. As for finding them in-stock that I can't tell you.

Thanks for the response. Do you know if the Vltor can be setup without a buffer tube? Like the Mesa tactical faro? I think the MDT stocks only work on that type of setup.

Honestly I'm not sure if the Vltor can be run without the tube.

I’m surprised only two ever made an adapter. Guess they weren’t that popular. I may have to have to weld one together. :/

Lovell precision makes one for $150 made with 7075 but it looks like he took his website down. I can give you his email address if you like. He only accepts checks though. For now your best bet is the one in the market place here by Technik if he ever responds.
