MaxxTech ammo accuracy?

The last big ammo purchase I made before ammo disappeared everywhere I found and ordered some MaxxTech 7.62x39 steel case. This ammo seems much less accurate than the Tula or Wolf I had been using. Either that or I really sucked at the range today. I tried to adjust my red dot to zero for this new ammo but I couldn't consistently hit an 8 inch target, shooting at 50 yards. it did run pretty well though, with just one failure to extract. Has anyone else had success or failures with MaxxTech?

It may well be the ammo or it may be that your particular gun doesn't like that particular ammo.
I think you'd have to try it in another gun (and maybe another shooter) before determining that it is definitely the ammo.

Thanks for pointing out that it could be an issue with the ammo and one particular gun. I had another range session using the Maxxtech and it seemed a little bit more accurate.
