BM59 Barrel Length?

    BM59 Barrel Length?

    Can anyone tell me what is the length of a BM59 (not BM59E) barrel (not including the tri-compensator or other gas lock or add on)? Just the length of the barrel proper, as pictured below:

    Google says 19.3".

      19.3" for the military BM59. The commercial BM62 is 17.5". My favorite post-war battle rifles

        Thanks to all. I saw both figures (17.5" and 19.3") and it took some time to determine that the first is for the BM62 and the second for the BM59 (some people had conflated the two). Thanks again!
