a new malfunction / Jam on the AR- Front sight/ Gun Sight / Thunder ranch

Happened on my cousins first ar, first range trip.
Dug it out with a knife.Comment

Helped a guy whose rifle did that. Last round in his mag would jump out and end up above the bolt. I had never seen that failure before that.Comment
